Ocakçı Agency, also known as Ocakçı Ajans or Ocakçı Organizasyon (often written Ocakci), is an event planning agency based in Ankara, Türkiye. For companies it organises galas and award nights, product launches, conferences, dealer meetings, incentive trips and year-end parties; for families, weddings, engagements, private dinners and birthdays. One team runs the whole process, from concept and suppliers to rehearsal and the event itself.
We are based in Ankara. For incentive trips and destination events we also organise in other cities across Türkiye.
Eight weeks is comfortable for most events. For large conferences, galas and weddings we recommend starting earlier, as venues and suppliers book up. If your date is closer, send it to us and we'll tell you straight away whether it's possible.
Price depends on the number of guests, the venue, the date and what you have in mind. After the first conversation we prepare a line-by-line proposal, so you see what everything costs from the start.
Yes. At the concept stage we suggest venues that fit the scale and budget of your event, and we handle all communication with the venue.
Our team is on site from start to finish. We run the schedule, the suppliers and anything unexpected, so you can focus on your guests.
